At Madame Gorgeous, each gown is crafted and prepared with the utmost care to reflect your unique specifications. For this reason, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on custom-made or ready-to-wear gowns, as every order is handled with exceptional attention to detail.

Please note that all deposits are non-refundable and will be applied toward the final cost of your gown.
